Shipping Policy

We're a small team and we love getting your order on its way fast — but we ship from international warehouses to keep prices low, so timing varies.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times to the United States
Standard shipping: 10-20 business days from ship date
Express shipping (if available at checkout): 7-12 business days

Please note: Modern Useful ships from overseas warehouses. Shipping times are estimates and can occasionally extend during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Express shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to activate after shipping.

International orders
We currently ship to the United States only.

If your package is delayed
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date, email support@modernuseful.com and we'll investigate or issue a refund.

Customs and import duties
For US orders, no additional duties apply. We handle that on our end.
