Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Modern Useful purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-day satisfaction guarantee
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a refund, email support@modernuseful.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

When refunds apply
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
- The item didn't arrive within 30 days of your order date
- You changed your mind (unused items only)

For damaged or defective items
Please include 1-2 photos of the issue with your email. We'll process a full refund within 2 business days — no return shipping required.

For change-of-mind returns
For hygiene reasons, used cleaning products cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for a refund minus a $5 restocking fee.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit.

Non-returnable items
- Used cleaning brushes and replacement heads (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or visibly damaged by the customer

Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be replaced free of charge.
